Six “gangsters” in Banteay Meanchey province were arrested for lewd behaviour after allegedly tapping a woman’s bottom in a pagoda. The horny hoodlums fled after police spotted the surreptitious patting of the pagoda worker’s posterior. The group was released after officers gave them an “education”.
