Motorbike combusts outside ministry

A motorbike parked in front of the Ministry of Defence in Phnom Penh was torched on Tuesday. Witnesses said that the bike was engulfed by big flames and looked like as if someone intentionally set it on fire. Police are considering that it could be a terrorist act as it was not the first time such an incident had occurred at the ministry. Authorities wish to tell the public that they do not need to be afraid.
