A paedophile exposed by the Sunday Mirror for running a children's charity on a Cambodian dump has fled to Thailand.
Convicted child abuser David Fletcher, 65, dished out food to children in Pnom Penh, who knew him affectionately as "Papa".
Thai police have vowed to deport paedophiles and have been sent a file on Fletcher, believed to be in Bangkok. We revealed last week he was jailed for 18 months in 1997 after having sex with a girl of 15.
He told our investigators an eight-year-old at the tip was his "favourite little girl" and he was due to marry a 17-year-old girl he had paid £150 for.
Britain's Child Exploitation and Online Protection Centre is investigating.
